What is unique about your site and your videos? To be very honest, if you are looking for SM, violence, full nudity, fondling, or overtly sexual material, you will probably not like our site or our videos.  Our site is about consensual bondage for fun and fantasy.

What is in your members' site?  How often is it updated? etc.  Most questions regarding the member photo site are answered on our sample page.

I lost my username-password, how do I get them sent to me again? If you signed up using Plun'N'Pay, please go to our membership management page to have your username-password sent to you.  You can also email us at imagovideo@aol.com, but be sure include the email address and the FULL name you used when you signed up (first and last name).  Please note it may take 24 to 48 hours for us to respond, so please try to use one of the above methods first.

How do I cancel my membership?  If you signed up using Plun'N'Pay, please go to our membership management page to cancel your membership.  You can also email us at imagovideo@aol.com, but be sure include the email address and the FULL name you used when you signed up (first and last name), plus your username and password.

Do any of your DVDs have X or contain Y?  In order to help you find those elements that are important to you, please use our scene guide as an aid.  It is updated regularly.  In addition, if you want to know what DVDs specific models have appeared in, take a look at our model directory.

Why are the photos in the free area masked.  Is there nudity in the members' area?  We do not believe that nude material should be available on web sites in areas easily accessible by those who are not of legal age.  Therefore, all images in the free area that contain nudity are masked with black bars.  This is only done in the free area.  Images in the members' photo site are not masked.  Please note that we do not produce material with full frontal nudity.  Our material does include some topless images, although it is not a primary focus of this site.

The DVD I purchased is defective, what should I do?  We will gladly replace any defective DVDs that you receive, provided you contact us within 2 weeks from the time you receive your order.  Email us at imagovideo@aol.com and let us know what the problem is.  We will send you information on what to do next.  Please note any defective material must be exchanged for the same item.  We do not offer refunds.

What format are your DVDs?  All DVDs are on DVD-R format disks.  Please note, while these DVD-R's can be played in MOST computer DVD-ROM drives and home units manufactured since April 2000, we cannot guarantee that they will play in YOUR machine.  CHECK YOUR OWNER'S MANUAL TO MAKE SURE YOUR PLAYER IS COMPATIBLE WITH THE DVD-R FORMAT.  The DVD-R disks are available in NTSC format only, not PAL, and are encoded region free (code 0).

Please note DVDs up through IS105  have chapter marks every 5 minutes (approx) for your scanning ease.  All DVDs from IS106 on have a scene selection menu.  All DVDs up to IS104 were duplicated from the original master video tapes; they were not remastered.  All DVDs from IS105 on were digitally mastered.

Do you have PAL format DVDs?  Sorry, but the DVD-Rs are available only in NTSC format, not PAL, and are encoded region free (code 0)

How are your videos shipped?  All orders shipped in the United States are mailed in Priority Mail boxes via Priority Mail.  Orders outside of the United States are shipped via First Class Air Mail.  Our return address is included on the package, but we do NOT add any warnings regarding content.  Also see the "How are your tapes/packages marked" question below.

When will my order be mailed?  We pride ourselves on filling orders very quickly.  More than 98% of our orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours.  Of course, if you order on or just before a holiday or weekend, there may be a delay in shipping due to postal closures.  Please note that since the exact delivery time depends on the Postal Service,  we cannot tell you exactly when your order will arrive.

Will you ship via FedEx or another shipping service?  We are sorry, but we cannot offer special shipping services at this time.

Do you ship to foreign countries?  Yes, we have successfully shipped our DVDs to many different countries.  However, we are not responsible for DVDs that do not clear customs and we will not resend orders that have been confiscated.

How are your DVDs/packages marked?  Our DVDs contain a label with the Imago Studios name and video number.  We do not put the title of the video anywhere on the labeling.  All orders shipped in the United States are mailed in Priority Mail boxes via Priority Mail.  Orders outside of the United States are shipped via First Class Air Mail.  Our return address is included on the package, but we do NOT add any warnings regarding content.

PRIVACY STATEMENT: Will my name be added to a mailing list?  ABSOLUTELY NOT!  We do not maintain any type of mailing list (email or postal mail) and we do not share information on our customers with anybody.  We value our customers' privacy.  It is helpful if you provide us with an e-mail address so we can contact you if we have questions regarding your order.  We do not send unsolicited email; the ONLY email you will receive from us is if there is a question/concern with your order, or if you write with a specific question. We do not send out order confirmations unless specifically requested.

Why do you need my credit card billing address?  Our credit card authorization system uses address verification as an additional means of preventing fraud.  If you do not provide us with the correct address, we cannot get authorization and therefore cannot ship your order.  Rest assured, we will ONLY ship to the shipping address you provide.  We will never send anything via postal mail other than an order. As stated above, we do not maintain any mailing lists (postal or email) and do not EVER share our customers' information with anyone else.

What will appear on my credit card statement if I order videos?  The billing will appear as Imago Studios.

Can you send me your catalog?  Sorry, but we are fully a web based business and we do not have a catalog to send.  The cost to produce one would be too great, and would force us to increase the prices we charge.  We also do not maintain any sort of mailing list.  However, the site is updated regularly and we do maintain a scene guide to help you find the videos with elements that are important to you.

Why won't you take foreign checks or money orders? Regrettably, our bank charges extremely high fees to process any foreign checks or money orders.  Given our price structure, we just can't afford this.  However, we will accept international money orders (not checks) if they are drawn on a US bank and have the American Banking Association routing number printed on it.   You should be able to get such a money order from a US bank located overseas or from Western Union.

Do you do custom videos?  Sorry, we are not doing custom videos at this time.

How do I view/save the video files?  The video files are in Microsoft's Windows Media format and can be viewed with the Windows Media Player which comes with Windows or can be downloaded free.  The easiest way to view theses files is to save them to your hard drive by right clicking on the image and selecting "save link as" (in Netscape) or "save target as" (in Explorer).  Once the video file has been downloaded, you should be able to view it using the Windows Media Player.  Best quality playback will be achieved if no other programs are running in the background and on machines with faster processors.  To see if the Windows Media Player is already on your system, click on the start button and select Programs > Accessories > Entertainment > Media Player.

How can I contact my favorite model?  Although we cannot give out our models' personal information, they do love to receive fan mail! You can e-mail it to them in care of us, and we will make sure they get it.  If you are a member, you can also post messages on the message board - many of the models read the board and really get a kick out of seeing messages about their work.  In addition, we also love to receive feedback on the videos, so don't hesitate to let us know what you liked (or what you didn't).

I use AOL and I'm having trouble accessing the members area!  It has recently come to our attention that some AOL users are being redirected to another site (Yahoo) when they click on the members' link from the free area.  If this happens to you, clear your browser cache by closing AOL and rebooting your computer.  Apparently, in mid-2002, AOL changed something that has been screwing up the browser cache, but clearing the cache and rebooting always seems to fix the problem.
