There are 5 separate stories, each initially shot in the 3rd person perspective where we watch the damsel being captured and tightly bound.  The end of each sequence is shot from the first person perspective where you enter, scare off the evil villain and rescue the bound heroine.  Of course, the beautiful damsel then looks right at you and thanks you for your heroic deed and describes how she is so grateful for you saving her...
