Forgot your Username and/or Password?
If you have forgotten your username and/or password and would like a copy emailed to you, please enter your email address in the space provided and click on the "Submit Request" button.  You must enter the email address you used when you signed up.

Want to cancel your Recurring Billing?
If you would like to cancel your account, please enter your username and password in the space provided and click on the "Cancel Membership" button.

Please note that if you have recurring billing on your 1- or 3-month membership, you must cancel AT LEAST 5 days prior to your rebilling date or you will be automatically rebilled for another membership period.

Remember these are case sensitive.  Enter them exactly as they were originally selected.  

NOTE: If successful, you will get a confirmation screen stating your membership has been canceled and listing the last date your membership will be active.  If you enter incorrect information (i.e., an incorrect username or password) you will get an error message and your membership will not be canceled.  If you do not remember you username or password, use the retrieval request above.
