Cancel your Recurring Billing

Please note that if you have recurring billing on your 1- or 3-month membership, please cancel AT LEAST 5 DAYS PRIOR to your rebilling date to avoid being automatically rebilled for another membership period.

  • If you signed up using aMember (you signed up on or after August 3, 2019)
    If you would like to cancel your account and you are rebilling through aMember, please go to your Membership Management panel and
    click on the Cancel link next to your membership plan description.
  • If you signed up using PlugNPay (you signed up prior to August 3, 2019)
    If you would like to cancel your account and you are rebilling through PnP, please enter your username and password in the space provided and click on the "Cancel Membership" button.
      Remember these are case sensitive.  Enter them exactly as they were originally selected.  

NOTE: If successful, you will get a confirmation screen stating your membership has been canceled and listing the last date your membership will be active.  If you enter incorrect information (i.e., an incorrect username or password) you will get an error message and your membership will not be canceled.  If you do not remember your username or password, use the retrieval request above.

Need to edit your account information?
You can edit your password, email address, billing address, and credit card information. Please keep your membership up-to-date so you don't miss a thing!

Just go to your Membership Management Panel and click on Update Member Profile.
