Sweet Mia Nelson is chained to ceiling, her booted ankles and hands locked in leather cuffs, a locked collar on her neck, and the weight of heavy chain pulling on her. She struggles to no avail, and then her captor enters, stuffs her mouth with cloth and adds a heavy layer of duct tape over the stuffing to keep her quiet.
