Wearing a form fitting black dress, pantyhose and boots, a bound Bethany is forced to hop her way into the bedroom where she is gagged with medical tape fully wrapped around her head. Yeah for Fall and Boots season. Also so good to see Bethany in tan pantyhose and not the black tights. Hopefully we will see her pantyhose feet at some point.
